The latest version of iTunes 9.2.1 has a bug which hangs when Syncing to an IOS4 iPhone
The way round it seems to be to delete Voice Memos from both the phone and the iTunes library.
Obviously you don’t want to lose these recordings?
Try CopyTrans to pull them over by hand to somewhere safe before deleting
Apparently the hang also occurs if you have voice recordings as email attachements in there.
